Recommended for Adults: 7-10 sprays on your skin before bed anywhere you have aches.  Ensure product is fully absorbed/dry before putting on clothes or getting into bed. 

For usage on children, we ask that you do your own research and use it if you are comfortable.

May cause skin to feel slightly itchy. You can also dilute product by applying body oil or body butter immediately after the Magnesium Oil.
