Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If by chance you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may notify Little Blue Canoe of your intent to return item(s) up to 15 days from the date your order was shipped.
If a refund is requested, the purchased item(s) can be refunded at their actual purchase cost. Original shipping charges to send products to the buyer are not refundable.

Refunds are not available after 15 days from the date your order was shipped.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

All exchanges or refunds must be submitted using the contact page.

Please note that Little Blue Canoe will not refund or exchange returned items that are earrings, cosmetics, personal use or sale items.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached and in original packaging (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A digital photo of the item to be returned or exchanged may be required in order to verify your concerns.

Additional Information

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

If your order was damaged upon arrival please contact us via our contact page within 2 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue. A digital photo of the damaged package may be required in order to file a claim with our shipping provider.

*Any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

**Please note that items may not be returned based on colour. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor compared to the actual print. Monitor settings (colour/resolutions) will differ.
